Rates and Insurance

Self-Pay Rates:

  • Initial consult — $168 (75 min)

  • Follow up — $100 (45-50 min)

  • Cupping or gua sha add-on — $20 (8-10 min)

Home Visits:

  • Initial consult — $275 (75 min)

  • Follow up — $220 (60 min)

  • If you already have a massage table set up in your home, I will give you a $20 discount

  • ** Home visits are by referral only **

Insurance:

  • Health Insurance — I am contracted with Premera and Regence. For those with out of network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to verify your benefits.

  • Auto-Insurance — I accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims and am happy to bill auto-insurance companies. Please bring your claim number and adjustors information to our first session.

  • Acupuncture will be billed for 3 units (45-50 min treatment).

  • Cupping and gua sha are not covered by insurance. If you would like to include either modality, it may be added to your session as an 8 -10 minute add-on for $20.

Packages and Discounts:

Package pricing (55 min, which includes cupping or gua sha)

  • 5 visits — 10% off ($540)

  • 10 visits — 12% off ($1,056)

Senior discount:

  • $90 — (45-50 min, cupping not included)

  • $100 — (55 min, includes cupping)
