Rates and Insurance

Self-Pay Rates:

  • Initial consult — $168 (75 min)

  • Follow up — $100 (45-50 min)

  • Cupping or Gua Sha add-on — $20 (10 min)

Home Visits:

  • First visit — $275 (75 min)

  • Return — $220 (60 min)

  • If you already have a massage table set up at your home, I will give you a $20 discount

Insurance:

  • Health Insurance — I will soon be contracted with Regence and Premera. For those with out of network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to verify your benefits.

  • Auto-Insurance — I accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims and am happy to bill auto-insurance companies. Please bring your claim number and adjustors information to our first session.

  • Acupuncture will be billed for 3 units (45 min treatment).

  • Cupping and Gua Sha are not covered by insurance. If you would like to include either modality, it may be added to your session as a 10-minute add-on for $20.

Packages and Discounts:

Package pricing (55 min, which includes cupping or gua sha)

  • 5 visits: 10% off ($540)

  • 10 visits: 12% off ($1,056)

Military and Senior discount:

  • $90: Cupping not included

  • $100: Cupping included
