Rates and Insurance

Self-Pay Rates:

  • Initial consult — $168 (75 min)

  • Follow up — $100 (45 min)

  • Cupping or Gua Sha add-on — $20 (10 min)

Home Visits:

  • First visit — $268 (75 min)

  • Return — $215 (60 min)

Insurance:

  • Health Insurance — I take Regence only. For those with out of network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Auto-Insurance — I accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims and am happy to bill auto-insurance companies. Please bring your claim number and adjustors information to our first session.

Packages and Discounts:

Package pricing (55 minute which includes cupping or gua sha)

  • 5 visits: 12% off ($528)

  • 10 visits: 15% off ($1020)

Military and Senior discount:

  • $88 (45 min) Cupping not included.

  • $105 (55 min) Cupping or Gua Sha included
