From a Western lens, it modulates the nervous system, increases blood flow, releases endorphins, and reduces pain. Acupuncture creates a very small, controlled micro-injury that stimulates the body’s natural repair response. This increases circulation to the area and triggers the release of healing compounds that reduce inflammation and support recovery.

  • I do home visits that range from 60-75 minutes depending if you are a new or return client. I ask that energetic pets be locked in another room and young children be kept busy with another caregiver. These appointments are all about you and your relaxation. The hour can go by quickly so it’s best to keep a quiet space away from any distractions. The treatment hour begins once the table and supplies are set up and the intake begins. Payment may be taken before or after your session starts. I do not accept insurance for home visits.

For a new clients the appointment is 75 minutes and costs $268. A one hour return appointment is $215.

Enjoy the process and marvel at how amazing your body is!
